The windows and door installation has commenced and they look fabulous! These top pedigree window and doors are a split finish to compliment the exterior Tuscan features while allowing a white interior which can be easily matched to any décor. These vinyl windows are impervious to salt and the salt-air corrosive environment of Cayman and not only meet but exceed the AAMA/WDMA specifications.

Our Roof tiles are also now being installed - very exciting indeed!! Imported from Italy, this multi blend antiqued tile accents the Tuscan style of Cayman Islands Residential house. La Escandella has achieved the highest indexes in the values demanded by worldwide standards for the quality control of clay roof tiles. These clay tiles are designed to protect VILLA VISTA under extreme conditions such as heavy wind driven rain and are Miami-Dade´s NOA (high wind velocity zone) certified.
