The world famous SEVEN MILE BEACH, Grand Cayman (district West Bay Beach)

There are not a lot of people that have not heard about Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman; it is an area of the Island that certainly will not disappoint in any manner, all be it perhaps, if you are one of a few that do not wish to have fantastic culinary experiences in one of the numerous restaurants and bars, five star and first class condominium complexes, superb shopping and all around general amenities at your door step that propels Seven Mile Beach to a world class tourism destination with ease.  Then please, stay tuned to another chapter for one of Grand Cayman’s tranquil outer lying districts (lol).

 

As we are now traveling south from West Bay we pass onto the Seven Mile Beach corridor traveling along either West Bay Road or the north American type expressway of the Easterly Tibbets Highway, that when fully completed, will link the outer districts as far as Frank Sound to the district of West Bay via a four lane expressway/highway – what ease of travel to come for residents and visitors alike!

 

 

Seven Mile Beach is home to over 48+ condominium complexes ranging from the older generation complexes such as Silver Sands, Heritage Club and Discovery Point, to name a few. These complexes are terrific as they afford an investor to be able to purchase a piece of Seven Mile Beach paradise with minimal buy in: circa the high US$800Ks.  A more robust investor can examine and make an equity investment in the brand new WaterColors high-end concierge serviced private condominiums residences tower along Seven Mile Beach proper in the region of US$4.6million or look at a stage two equity investment at The Residences at Seafire Hotel currently under construction (a Dart development – developers of Camana Bay to name a few) for around US$1,500.00 per square foot.  Multiple floor plans and price point buy ins available.  The Residences at Seafire is the sister tower of the Seafire Kimpton Hotel Tower that is slated for opening in November 2016 and is a highly welcomed addition to the Seven Mile Beach product offering, to the desperately needed room count increase and to the Cayman Islands as a whole.  

 

Equity growth with the affordance of immediate return on investment has been in the past and continue to be very strong, making Seven Mile Beach a dependable real estate portfolio investment.
